So, the big day is finally approaching! This is where everything starts to feel very real. Our ‘On the Day’ stationery is all about those final touches that bring your theme to life and make sure your guests feel right at home. From the moment they walk in and see your Welcome Sign, to finding their seats with our Tarot-inspired Table Plans, we make sure every detail feels like 'you.' It’s about more than just paper, it’s about creating that cohesive, alternative vibe that carries through from the ceremony right to the very last dance.

Wedding Menu Cards & Place Cards: A Cohesive Vision

We offer a full range of products to make sure your wedding looks exactly how you pictured it. Our range is constantly growing and adapting based on what you are asking for, but currently, we offer:

  • Welcome Boards & Seating Plans: These are printed on a high-quality matte finish board.
  • Menus & Place Cards: These are printed on a beautiful textured paper to give them a real tactile, luxury feel.
  • Tarot Table Name Prints: These come in our classic tarot designs and are most popular in black and white, but we can work with you on other options.
  • Vow Books: A really special way to keep your ceremony details organised and as a keepsake.

Almost all of our products can be personalised in terms of text and colour. While there is a slight difference in texture between things like the menus on paper and the seating plans on board, we can always match the colours and gradients so that everything feels like one complete set. If you see a design of ours that you love and you want it turned into a menu or a welcome board, just let us know, and we are more than happy to make that happen for you.

Timelines & Delivery for Your Wedding Day

To ensure everything is perfect, we ideally ask for at least two months' notice before your wedding date to arrange larger items like seating plans and welcome boards. While we can sometimes work to a tighter schedule, a one month minimum is best to account for design approvals and printing. Most of our smaller stationery, like vow books and place cards, can be shipped outside the UK with full tracking via DPD or FedEx.

Our larger A1 boards are currently delivered within the UK only. If you're getting married elsewhere, or would simply prefer to print locally, our Printable On the Day Packages give you everything as print-ready digital files: a welcome sign, a seating chart for up to 17 tables and a tarot print for every table, with menus and up to three extra signs in The Complete Set. Files are sized for US printers, with UK sizes available, so no one misses out on the full studio experience.

The Birdhouse197 Studio: Personal Artistry with George & Joshua

When you choose your on the day stationery with us, you are continuing your journey with a dedicated two person studio. Because you will be speaking directly to me, George, I can look back at your previous save the date or invitation orders to ensure everything is perfectly streamlined. We can colour match your designs so that every element, from the first announcement to the final menu on the table, feels cohesive

Of course, if you want to switch things up for the big day, we can explore new colors or design elements that match your wedding florals and updated vision. We love picking up where we left off to help bring your theme to life.

Wedding Welcome Boards & Table Names: Atmospheric Gothic Details

It has been amazing to see our "on the day" stationery develop over the last couple of years, and honestly, the best part for us is seeing it all come to life.
