Wedding Seating Chart Ideas | Tarot Illustrated & Alternative Designs

Your seating chart is the first thing your guests see when they arrive at your reception. Before they find their seat, before the welcome drinks, before the speeches, they stop at the seating chart. It sets the tone of the room in a way that almost nothing else does.
Most seating charts are functional. A list of names on a board. Ours are something else entirely.
Name Your Tables After the Tarot

The idea is simple and it works beautifully. Instead of table numbers, each table gets its own tarot card. The Lovers for the top table — a natural choice, a card about union, partnership and celebration. The Sun for the table you want dancing first. The Fool for whoever you trust to start the speeches without notes.
Each card has its own meaning and its own illustration. Seventeen designs in total, all original artwork inspired by the classic Rider-Waite collection and reinterpreted in our own style. The conversations your guests have at their table, about what their card means and why you chose it for them, are part of the day itself.
Real Wedding | Joe & Melodie | Photography by Elishia Jackson

Joe and Melodie are a perfect example of how this works in practice. Based internationally, they chose our digital download option, a print-ready PDF sized to their specifications, formatted for a local printer. They achieved the full illustrated aesthetic without any of the logistics of international board delivery.
The result, as you can see, is exactly right. The seating chart becomes a piece of the room rather than a notice board.

Printed Board or Digital Download... Which is Right for You?

If you are based in the UK and want the full physical piece, our printed foam board option is the one. Five millimetre foam board, durable and water resistant, printed in A1 or A2 in any colourway. Most couples display on an easel or frame it. We can add hanging holes if preferred.
If you are based internationally, or simply want to print locally, the digital download is the better option. We provide a print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed, sized to your specifications, formatted for whatever printer you use. Same design, same quality, printed wherever works for you.
The Tarot Table Name Prints

Pair your seating chart with individual A5 tarot art prints for each table. One card per table, same illustrated designs, printed in black or white as standard. Available as a full set of 18 or individually.
Place each print at the table centre, prop it against a candleholder, or frame it. They double as a keepsake, guests often take them home.
