The Ordering Process

Step 1: Choose your design

All illustrations and designs are created by myself. All text is editable and I’m able to accommodate most requests. Need a custom colour change? No worries, just drop me a message to discuss your requirements.

Step 2: Digital Mock-Up

Once you have placed your order and included all of the details you would like your products to contain, I will begin work on your digital proofs. Any amendments can be requested, and further digital proofs will be issued for approval. Your order will not be sent for printing until you are one hundred percent happy with everything, and I have received confirmation from yourself.

Step 3: Printing

When you are happy with the artwork and have approved forprinting I will send to my trusted printing partners. This process usually takes a few days, but can take longer for certain products such as foiling.

Step 4: Delivery

Once printed and quality checked by us we will send to you via DPD or Fed Ex dependant on your location. You’re guaranteed to love your pieces as much as I loved making them!
