The 'Til Death Do Us Part collection began in early 2021, when George sat down to illustrate something that didn't exist yet... a wedding invitation for couples who wanted their stationery to say forever and mean it differently. The original Skeleton Lovers design became the foundation of what Birdhouse197 is today. It was our first design to earn serious attention, and the one that showed us there were thousands of couples out there who felt exactly the same way we did.

Since then it has grown into a full collection spanning save the dates, gatefold invitations, foiled suites, menus, welcome boards, and beyond, including a cowboy skeleton edition that deserves a moment of appreciation. It has been reimagined, refined, and reissued, but the heart of it has never changed. Couples tell us it set the tone of their entire day before a single guest stepped through the door.
