Lead Times, Delivery, Customisation & Ordering
UK:
- Digital Visuals are provided within 7 days of ordering.
- Printing takes up to 2 weeks once final proofs have been approved.
- Delivery is sent via DPD Next Day Tracked and usually takes 1-3 Days.
USA:
- Digital Visuals are provided within 7 days of ordering.
- Printing takes up to 2 weeks once final proofs have been approved.
- Standard delivery is free via FedEx and usually takes 3-10 Days.
- Express delivery may be available.
EU & International Orders:
- Digital Visuals are provided within 7 days of ordering.
- Printing takes up to 2 weeks once final proofs have been approved.
- Standard delivery usually takes 3-10 Days.
- Express delivery may be available
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
Any international delivery may exceed the estimated delivery time. The delivery estimate is not guaranteed. Birdhouse197 cannot be held responsible for any postal delays.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES:
For certain countries, there may be customs charges to pay. Please keep this in mind and check with your local authority if unsure. Birdhouse197 cannot be held liable for any customs charges incurred.
Yes! We officially ship to all EU countries. We are fully compliant with the latest EU General Product Safety Regulations. To meet these requirements, a small safety and traceability insert is included in every order.

Yes, all of the information and text can be customised.
I always send a digital draft version for approval before printing and posting. This will allow you to review the design and request any necessary alterations to ensure it is perfect upon arrival.
Yes, the background can be printed in any colour or gradient. Foil can be gold, silver, copper, iridescent or rose gold.

- Estimated Timelines: All listed times are estimates. During exceptionally busy wedding seasons, digital visuals and proofs may take longer than the standard 7 days.
- Production Start: The production lead time begins only once you have given final approval on your digital proofs.
- Foiled Products: Printing times vary by finish. Please note that custom foiled products are more complex and may take over 14 days to complete.
- Customs & Transit: International transit times are estimates and may be subject to delays during local customs processing.
- Rush Orders: If you require your stationery urgently, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your timeline.
- EU Compliance: All orders shipped to the European Union include mandatory safety and traceability inserts as required by the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).
