Romantic & Pastel Vintage Wedding Save the Dates

This collection started with a doodle.

Joshua had been floating an idea of a heart-shaped padlock for a while, and like so many of our designs it began with a small sketch that slowly became something much bigger. The vision was always the crossed keys behind the lock, and while that worked beautifully, we found the keys also had a life of their own. Several variations came out of that, each one distinct enough to become its own piece.

The Lock & Key collection is a deliberate departure from many of our darker designs. Where much of our work sits in deep blacks and gothic colourways, these designs breathe. Pale blues, pastel greens, white backgrounds, Victorian ornate illustration. Light and romantic and quietly vintage in a way that feels entirely different to the rest of the catalogue while still being unmistakably us.

All three designs work as save the dates, single card invitations or evening invitations. A streamlined, single card format that adapts to a range of budgets without compromising on quality or character. Available in any colour or gradient, the pastel examples shown are simply our personal favourites.
