Every design can be printed in any colour, so if you love the illustration but not the colourway, that's the easiest thing to change.
Lock & Key is the romantic one, light and quietly vintage. Candle & Key is a little bit haunted house, a little bit Downton Abbey. Interlocking Rings is timeless and luxurious, two plain gold wedding bands. And the Victorian Folding Letter opens like the paper fortune tellers we all made as children. Of everything we make, this is the collection we are most proud of.
A vintage wedding invitation suite laid out like the gallery wall of an old house. Portrait frames. A lit candle in its holder. A sacred heart. Crossed keys. Iron gate spires. It looks like a shelf in an antique shop, the trinkets and ornaments we can never walk past. Open the gatefold and the whole wall is there, a montage of illustrated objects that together tell the story of the two of you. The things you collect. The places you have been. The life you have built together.
Like any collection of old things, it's better when it's yours. We adapt the gallery wall to reflect your relationship. So far that has meant a pumpkin for an autumn wedding, a bat for a Halloween couple, and a portrait of a couple's cat, hand drawn into the montage. There is also a silhouette and cameo version, with your two profiles on the cover in the tradition of the portrait keepsakes of the Georgian and Victorian eras.

This one started with a doodle. Joshua had been floating the idea of a heart-shaped padlock for a while, and a small sketch slowly became something much bigger. Pale blues, pastel greens and ornate illustration. Light and romantic and quietly vintage. Each design works as a save the date, a single card invitation or an evening invitation.
Some designs come from the grandest ideas. This one came from the simplest. We both chose plain gold wedding bands, no engraving, no embellishment, and that became a design. It's for couples who want something classic and enduring, the kind of invitation that feels like an heirloom before the wedding has even happened. The save the date has the entire front foiled.
An old fashioned love letter, also known as a Victorian puzzle purse. It's inspired by the paper fortune tellers we all made as children, that satisfying fold that reveals something when you open it, except this one holds your wedding details. Order it pre-folded, or flat to fold at home. Our honest advice: fold one test piece first. Or just let us handle it.
Vintage isn't one look. For the light, romantic end, start with Lock & Key. For classic and elegant, Interlocking Rings. For something darker, a little bit haunted house, Candle & Key. And if you want the post itself to feel like it came from another century, the Victorian Folding Letter. Every design can be printed in any colour and is personalised to you.
Some can. The Interlocking Rings save the date has the entire front foiled, in gold, silver, copper, rose gold or iridescent. Foiling only works on certain designs, so it's worth asking us directly if you've got your eye on something specific.

The Candle & Key Victorian Folding Letter is an all in one invitation, with a QR code to your wedding website for RSVPs. We also make separate RSVP cards.

Printing & Postage
Once the design is approved, I’ll print, pack and post your order, and share your tracking details. You’ll work directly with me, George, throughout the whole process for a fully personalised service.
